निजी जग्गामा खेती गरिएका (लगाइएका) यी काष्ठ, जडीबुटी तथा अन्य वन पैदावारलाई अन्य कृषि उपज सरह सङ्कलन, बिक्री वितरण र ओसारपसार गर्न सकिन्छ (नियम ८२ को उपनियम ३)। यो राष्ट्रिय वन, सामुदायिक वन वा अरूको जग्गाका प्राकृतिक रुखमा लागू हुँदैन।Timber, medicinal plants and other products grown on private land can be collected, sold and transported like other farm produce (rule 82, sub-rule 3). It does not apply to natural trees of national forest, community forest or someone else's land.

त्यस्तो प्रजातिको सङ्कलन, बिक्री र ओसारपसारका लागि वन कार्यालयको नियम अनुसार प्रक्रिया र राजस्व (अनुसूची-६, ७, ८) लाग्न सक्छ। निजी वन दर्ता गरेको भए सम्बन्धित वन कार्यालयसँग सोध्नुहोस्। काठ/दाउराको मूल्य र जडीबुटी तथा अन्य वन पैदावारको मूल्य यहाँ हेर्न सकिन्छ।Collecting, selling and transporting it may need the forest office's procedure and royalty (Schedules 6, 7, 8). Ask the forest office, especially if you registered a private forest. See the timber and firewood rates and the herb and other forest product rates.
सङ्कटापन्न प्रजातिको हकमा के हुन्छ?What about endangered species?
सङ्कटापन्न वन्यजन्तु तथा वनस्पतिको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय व्यापार नियन्त्रण ऐन, २०७३ बमोजिम नियन्त्रित प्रजातिका लागि त्यही ऐनको व्यवस्था लागू हुन्छ (नियम ८२ को उपनियम ४)। यस सूचीमा भए पनि त्यस्तो प्रजातिमा अलग अनुमति लाग्न सक्छ।Species controlled under the Act on International Trade in Endangered Wild Fauna and Flora, 2073 follow that Act (rule 82, sub-rule 4); even if listed here such a species may need a separate permit.
